GETTING TRAFFIC

At this point your page or pages should be finished and uploaded to the Internet.  Now on to the hardest and most important part!  Getting that traffic!  Sometimes when luck is on your side, you might put up a page about Shaved and Pregnant Teen Twats or something, and just the right combination of words, pictures and tags will land you a page that instantly starts getting 5000 hits a day.  But most of the time it takes skill.  We would suggest reading as much as you can on the internet about adult marketing.  Follow the links on the left side of this page to find more detailed information on adult website marketing and resources. 

SEARCH ENGINES: Search engines usually send you the most valuable traffic, since people are coming from a non-adult site, looking for something specific, and are generally looking to buy.  To get the feel of how search engines work, we would recommend checking out other top listing pages when searching for words like - pregnant sex, lactating babes, etc., to find out what they did to their pages to get linked up that high.  You can usually do this in your browser by going to the edit/view source button.  It could be the way they have their <TITLE> tags, it could be their META= tags, or it could be the words and links they have on their pages.  A lot of people spam search engines and change the pages as soon as they get listed to hide their techniques, but if you look long enough, you will learn them.  DO NOT SPAM - ANYTHING!  We live by those rules, and they will keep you out of trouble.  How would you feel after doing everything you can to get traffic to your site, then get banned from a search engine that was sending you 10000 hits a day?  Don’t do it!  Search engines are constantly changing and ‘upgrading’ the way searches are done, and understanding these search engines will make you a wealthy person.  For the most complete resource on Search Engines, check out Searchenginewatch.com. You need to get listed on search engines to really make the money.  You can have this beautiful billboard, 100 feet tall by 300 feet wide, but out in the middle of the desert.  Nobody will ever see it.  That is the same as putting a page up on the Internet and expecting someone to see it without marketing.  You should first add the page to all the major search engines and other search engines related to the topic of your page.  You can visit all the major search engines and clicking on the ADD URL, usually found at the bottom of the pages, or submit to many search engines and directories by visiting Submit-It or similar services found at Yahoo (make sure they are adult friendly first). We don’t suggest paying anyone $50 or $100 to get listed in 500 search engines and directories, as these are usually seldom visited search engines and directories and usually result in no additional traffic.  The key is to adjust your pages and submit as often as possible. Monthly at the very least!

There are many other ways to get traffic, we will also list them briefly and tell you what is good or bad about using this technique or resource.

THUMBNAIL POSTS:  There are many out there, some are great traffic producers, but you will probably only get 1 member out of 10,000 visitors.  If you have to pay for traffic or have other issues (like server speed, etc.) you should stay away from these.  But if you are also in a web ring, or have ‘top list’ banners on your site, they can help your rankings. We usually don’t suggest thumbnail posts to anyone except very experienced webmasters that don’t pay for bandwidth.  You don’t want to get stuck with a $10,000 bandwidth bill from your ISP and only make a few hundred dollars in sales.

TOP LIST SITES:  Top list sites are sites that rank you on their page or pages depending on how much traffic you send them.  If you are able to send enough traffic, you can get near the top.  Most sites at the top of the list get the most traffic.  Bikini Top List sites for example are known to send 10,000 hits a day to their top listing sites.   You might only be sending them a couple hundred a day to get a few thousand back!  Trying them out and seeing which ones work the best is the only way to know.  Don’t bother signing up on places that show their ‘outs’ as only a couple hundred a day within the top 10.  You can find better.  Some also give you statistics like Sexhound.com and the Sextracker to verify their traffic.

LINK SITES: There are plenty of link sites out there. You just need to exchange links with them to get listed.  The mother of all link sites is Persian Kitty.  Make sure you get listed there.  Many are pretty saturated and take months to list you, but it is still usually worth the time to get the big guys!  Most usually only require a small banner and send good traffic.  Another great link site is Green Guys Links!  The traffic is usually pretty good.

WEB RINGS: A web ring works kind of like link trading, sometimes you can get in a good ring and get some good traffic, sometimes you don’t see much traffic at all.  Using web rings is like any other form of adult marketing, you have to try it and see what it does for you.  Traffic, when you get it, is usually pretty good, especially when sticking to the same site content.  Like a web ring for Pregnant or Lactating sites will usually end up with more visitors becoming members.

TRAFFIC EXCHANGES: Other ways to get traffic is by placing a banner up that will record how many times you show it, and then in return they will show your banner an equal amount of times or more.  These are good when getting started, but as your sites get more popular, especially with search engine traffic, you wan’t to minimize links that will potentially take away your traffic from money generating links.  The traffic is usually fairly good for conversions, but make sure to watch and make sure you are getting a fair amount of traffic.

LINK TRADING:  Trading links with other webmasters can be a good idea, but you have to watch this traffic very closely.  It is very common to exchange links with someone to find out they stuck your link way at the bottom of a 10 page link list, or that your link will dissappear after a week or two.  Monitoring your traffic with an Extreme Counter, or server statistics is always a good idea.

PURCHASING BANNER SPOTS: With so many other adult sites out there, it is sometimes difficult to get good traffic.  Sometimes it takes money to make money!  I have found multiple sites, some of them bikini sites that are selling banner spots for as little as $250 a month.  After placing our banners on their sites, 50% of the profit amounted to $1000 in the first month!!!  Sometime the traffic will be worth the money, and sometimes not.  Monitor their statistics, and make sure you are at the top of their page the whole time that you purchased the spot for.  If you get a banner spot at the top of a page getting 10,000 hits a day for only $250, I would jump on it!  They are out there!  All you have to do is ask.
